Yesterday afternoon I received my delivery of 6 tons of pellets from your company and I was totally impressed with your people. You take pride in your work because before I started stacking my pellets I noticed one of the bottom bags had been wet and starting to fall apart. Once I open the big plastic bag I had one extra bag, I can't believe you are so professional and had already notice the damage before they left you shop. Also, I never use my credit card on the internet. After reading the web site I decided to give it a try. Three days later a truck arrives with my pellets and the driver used a forklift to move the pellets right up and under my garage rear overhang!
