I just wanted to express my satisfaction with the friendliness, courteous and professional behavior of the driver that made our delivery. I was concerned our narrow road was going to be a problem, but he was able to get the truck into a position to make the delivery and put the pellets exactly where requested. Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but I am sure you have the record of delivery. This was my first time using PelletSales.com and I was extremely please with the ease of ordering and delivery.

I can't tell you how impressed I am with your company and website. My husband and I take great pains to research the pellets that we are considering and usually have to go to each individual pellet company's website to get that information. The composition of the pellet, the ash content, the BTU rating and moisture content are all there as well as the pricing and delivery fee's. The website is very easy to navigate which tells me that someone invested many, many hours to develop it. The bonus was that we were scheduled for our delivery on a specific day and time and it actually was delivered on that day and time. I'm recommending you to everyone I know who has a pellet stove and I hope you plan on being in business for a long time because I'm going to need you every year for our pellets.
