I was told that the delivery of my wood pellets would be the driver’s last delivery of the day, so I was pleasantly surprised when the driver arrived at 2:00 p.m.. I was grateful that the driver put the two pallets in my garage. I was amazed at the skill and the speed at which he completed this difficult task. The driver was very friendly and courteous. This is my third delivery from woodpellets.com, and the service has been superb every time."

I just wanted to express my satisfaction with the friendliness, courteous and professional behavior of the driver that made our delivery. I was concerned our narrow road was going to be a problem, but he was able to get the truck into a position to make the delivery and put the pellets exactly where requested.
