I can't tell you how impressed I am with your company and website. My husband and I take great pains to research the pellets that we are considering and usually have to go to each individual pellet company's website to get that information. The composition of the pellet, the ash content, the BTU rating and moisture content are all there as well as the pricing and delivery fee's. The website is very easy to navigate which tells me that someone invested many, many hours to develop it. The bonus was that we were scheduled for our delivery on a specific day and time and it actually was delivered on that day and time. I'm recommending you to everyone I know who has a pellet stove and I hope you plan on being in business for a long time because I'm going to need you every year for our pellets. You've made our lives a whole lot easier! Thanks a million."

The delivery man was very pleasant and accommodating. The service is excellent. We will be happy to contact you when we start using pellets to let you know the quality. Thank you!"
Susan, Tyngsboro MA
I wanted to thank the employees of pelletsales.com for their efforts in my purchasing of pellets. The availability of pellets. The availability of pellets was low in south central PA and my remaining pellets from last year were running out. After reaching a couple of dead ends with local suppliers, I came across Woodpellets.com. com. The price per ton, with delivery, was as good as what my neighbor found locally and he had to pick them up himself. Before Placing the order, I called customer service to make sure what I was seeing was the right amount. In addition to the good price, the speed at which the pellets were delivered impressed me. I placed the order on a Wednesday and the pellets arrived the following Monday. From now on, pelletsales.com will be my first stop for pellets. "
