We work with the best manufacturers, so you get the best pellets.

• We enforce stringent quality controls from the mill right to your doorstep, so your pellets get the love they deserve and the care they need.

What is our "Quality Certification program?"

1. We only work with established pellet mills who we know can reliably manufacture quality pellets.
2. We hold those manufacturers responsible to the highest Ash and moisture specifications (which exceed PFI certified levels).
3. We conduct independent laboratory testing: we do random sampling of shipments we receive and in-house testing to ensure the product meets those specifications.*
4. And finally, we back it all up with a Guarantee – we stand behind our product, and if there’s an issue, we will work with you to resolve it appropriately.*

In the rare instance that you receive less than perfect pellets, we want to make it right - so call us at 1 (800) PELLETS.

We will honor our quality guarantee on stored pellets up to six months from date of delivery.

*Compromised product, blowout sale product, and products that have not gone through our quality certification program are sold ‘as is.’ No refunds or exchanges will be allowed. Please note: because non-certified products have not undergone our rigorous testing process, we cannot guarantee your experience with the quality of the fuel inside the bag. Therefore, only our Quality Certified products are covered under our quality guarantee.

• WoodPellets.com will price match as low as $197/ton on fuel prices only; delivery charges are exempt from the price match guarantee.
• Price match guarantee excludes competitor’s closeout, special order, discontinued, clearance, liquidation, or damaged items.
• Price-matched products are not eligible for promotions or other special offers from WoodPellets.com.
• Only quality certified products are eligible for the WoodPellets.com Quality Guarantee.

Our Price Guarantee must be claimed within ten (10) days of placing an order.
