Contestants will be given an additional contest entry for each contest link sent to friends via email or Facebook from the official online entry page. Contestants are limited to completing one official entry form; contestants may forward contest link to friends via email or Facebook without limit, but are limited to one additional entry per day.

How to Win. WoodPellets.com and Jamestown Pellet Stoves will randomly select a winner from the pool of entrants. Odds of winning may vary depending on the number of contest entries.

How to Find Out If You Have Won. A representative from WoodPellets.com and Jamestown Pellet Stoves will contact the prize winner via email during the week of August 1, 2011. The prize winner will have five (5) calendar days from the day notification is sent to claim the prize. If the prize winner does not respond within five (5) calendar days, WoodPellets.com and Jamestown Pellet Stoves will randomly select an alternate winner. Upon notification, the winner must provide a valid U.S. delivery address (which must be located in the continental United States).

Prize Delivery. The prize winner will receive a JAMESTOWN PELLET STOVE MODEL J1000, DELIVERED AND INSTALLED, AND THREE TONS OF PREMIUM WOOD PELLETS, DELIVERED, valued collectively at up to $5,000, as detailed in the PRIZES section of the Official Contest Rules and Regulations. Brand of prize may vary by geography, depending on product availability. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be sold. All taxes, fees, and sub-charges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be asked to either A) submit high resolution before and after photos of the room; or B) grant sponsors access to the room where the appliance is being installed for the purpose of taking before and after photos of the room. The winner grants sponsors the right to use photos of room for promotional purposes.

Eligibility. This contest is open to legal residents of the continental United States, 18 years of age and older. Employees of WoodPellets.com and Jamestown Pellet Stoves and any parent, affiliate, subsidiary, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and to the sponsors’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
