  • Over 10 years experience in operations and product launches, including both operational and financial roles with American Industrial Partners, a $600M private equity firm focused on streamlining the operations of $100M - $1B manufacturers.
  • MS in Management and MS in Engineering from MIT Sloan School, 1996.

Mark MacLean, Sr. Vice President and General Manager

  • Over a decade's experience in operations, marketing and product development, including management of $2M product line and responsibility for operations of $80M high tech company.
  • A former nuclear officer on a US Navy carrier.
  • MS in Management and MS in Engineering from MIT Sloan School, 1996.

Michael VanDerHeyden, VP of Sales

  • Over 27 years experience in sales and distribution in the building products industry, bringing extensive New England contacts.
  • Grew sales in his last business from $4M to $15M in an environment where his company had previously suffered a poor reputation.
  • University of Vermont graduate, family ties to Vermont and northeast agricultural industry.

Dan Freihofer, VP of Operations

  • More than 22 years of management experience with home delivery of heating fuels at Johnson & Dix Fuel Corp. and fine furniture at Pompanoosuc Mills Corp.
  • Served six years on Staff of U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, Washington, D.C.
  • Graduate of Dartmouth College and Amos Tuck School of Business, Hanover, NH.
