Occupation: President and CEO of American Biomass Corporation, parent company of PelletSales.com, American Biomass Transportation.

Background: Extensive background in logistics and engineering at GE, American Industrial Partners’ portfolio companies and DEKA Research and Development. Previous Director of Development at New England Wood Pellet.

Education: Masters in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. MS, Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.

Adam Doctoroff

Occupation: Partner of Monitor Clipper Partners since September, 1998.

Background: Previously, a consultant at Monitor Group for issues including supply chain dynamics, growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions strategy, capital investment plans and strategic due diligence.

Ben Miller

Thad Hill

Previous Experience: Executive Vice President at NRG Energy. President of NRG Texas since December 2006. Prior to joining NRG, was the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Texas Genco. Vice President and Director with Boston Consulting Group, Inc, and, from 1995 – 2005, led the North American energy practice, serving companies in the power and gas sector with a focus on commercial and strategic issues.

Education: Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University magna cum laude and Master of Business Administration degree from the Amos Tuck School of Dartmouth College. Elected an Edward Tuck Scholar.
